This website describes Receptionist, an AI front-desk product by AIFORCE Technology Group Ltd. Short version: the demo is real, the promises are the ones on the page, and a paid deployment runs under a proper agreement.

The live desk

The demo on this site is the live product connected to demonstration businesses. Conversations with it are logged (see Privacy). It is a demonstration of capability — nothing you agree with a demo receptionist forms a contract with any real business.

Paid deployments

A production deployment — including messaging, voice, bookings and payment features — is governed by a separate order form and data processing agreement between AIFORCE and the customer business. Prices shown on the pricing page are launch pricing, exclude VAT, and may change for new customers; founding businesses keep their launch pricing as described.

Accuracy

In production, quotes, availability and bookings are drawn from knowledge and systems the customer business provides and approves. The business remains responsible for keeping that knowledge current; Receptionist is designed to refuse rather than invent when knowledge is missing.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site or the demo to submit unlawful content, to attempt to disrupt or overload the service, or to extract other users' data. We may suspend access that abuses the demo.

Liability and law

The site and demo are provided as-is for evaluation. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales.
