Receptionist is built to answer from a business's approved knowledge — not to harvest anyone's data. This notice explains, plainly, what we collect on this site and in the product, and the rights you have over it.
Who we are
AIFORCE Technology Group Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (no. 17016705), is the data controller for this website. Contact: cloudaiforce@gmail.com.
What we collect on this site
- Demo and registration requests — name, work email, phone, business name, industry, chosen plan and any note you add. These go into our own customer system so we can contact you; they are not sold or shared for marketing.
- The live desk — the demo on this page is the real product. What you say or type to it is processed to generate the reply, logged to our audit ledger, and may be reviewed to improve the service. Don't share sensitive personal information in a demo conversation.
- No advertising cookies. This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to serve the font files.
What we collect in the product
When a business runs its front desk on Receptionist, customer conversations (SMS, WhatsApp, web, and in future voice) are processed on that business's behalf to answer, book and record — using vetted infrastructure and AI sub-processors under contract. Every action the AI takes is written to an audit ledger with its reason. Businesses can export their customers, conversations and knowledge, and leave with their data.
Retention and rights
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete it. Under UK GDPR you can ask us for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and object to processing — email cloudaiforce@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
Opting out
Every conversational channel honours STOP: text STOP to any Receptionist number and the business will not message you again. START opts back in.
