The Rehearsal
She performs before she answers.
Every desk faces the same first week: a new booking, a reschedule, a price question, a late-night call, a caller at the end of their patience. Before your receptionist meets a single customer, she performs all of them — against your real knowledge — and every line she speaks is scored. A guess is a caught failure here, so it can never be one in production.
The answer followed a lookup that found signed knowledge.
The brain was empty and she said so — honestly, with a way forward.
Specifics with no cell behind them. Caught, named, and fixed before go-live.
Courtesy that asserts nothing. Courtesy is free.
The stage is set. What plays here is a genuine rehearsal run against the live platform — not a recording, not a script.
Cost-capped: one live run per ten minutes is shared by every visitor.
What a rehearsal gates
A rehearsal isn't a demo — it's a gate. A desk that guesses does not go live: the failed line lands on the go-live checklist with the exact question that broke it, the owner fixes the knowledge (or approves the honest refusal), and the rehearsal runs again. Every run is stamped to the ledger like everything else on this platform, so "she was tested" is a record, not a claim.
Why the scoring has no opinion
The verdicts are computed, not judged: did a lookup happen, did it find cells, does the reply assert money, hours or addresses. No second AI grading the first — a deterministic rule you can read, applied the same way every run.
Want your own desk on this stage? Book a demo — the rehearsal is part of every onboarding, on every plan.
